If any of our goods purchased are not satisfactory for any reason, please contact us immediately. We will endevour to rectify all issues as soon as you notify us. If you don’t tell us, we can’t fix the problem.

No information whatsoever is collected, stored or passed on to third parties. We don’t hold/store your credit card information unless asked. All credit card details are destroyed once your order has been processed. All internet transactions are secure via way of 128-bit encypted SSL certificate.

All products are to be returned at cost to purchaser.
If goods are found to be faulty by way of transportation/manufacturing/defects etc the purchaser will be refunded cost of transport and have the item replaced at no cost with an exact same model/brand as that purchased, delivered free of charge. Any goods found to be of defect, the customer shall notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Prior to any return of goods, the customer must to obtain a return authority number from us. Please don't send back goods unless you contact us first.
If no model/brand is available of the exact same as originally purchased, we will endeavour to meet your needs by any means necessary.
If the product is found not faulty, the purchaser will be charged 10% of purchase price + transportation for re-return for all necessary work carried out. All products are covered under a 1 year manufacturers warranty as required by statute consumer law unless otherwise specified.
